Question : Generally, how long does it take for Trial Testing?
Answer :
(1) Confidentiality Agreement & Technical Enquiry Form Process will normally take up to a week.
(2) As the additive grade is selected and approved by Symphony Technical Team, we will dispatch the additives within 3 working days to trial manufacturing site. This process will normally take 5~7 working days.
(3) After we received the trial samples from the manufacturer, we will perform our standard samples collection process in Taiwan, and then dispatch the trial samples to UK Testing Laboratory. Within 5 days UK Testing Laboratory receives the testing samples, the update testing schedule and report come out date will be released. Generally, the testing itself will take 4~6 weeks depending on the laboratory availability, in busy seasons, it will take up to 10 weeks for testing.
